Use docker compose to build a container based on the one we have now (INLA installed) and the specific dependencies for abn.
To install the specific dependencies the approach is as follows:
(check if possible) the abn dependencies for a specific tag in the devel-abn package with
remotes::install_deps(pkgdir='./abn', dependencies=TRUE)
if the dependencies have changed since the previous tag, build a new container
if the dependencies are still the same, simply add a new tag (or label?) to the existing container.
In case it is not possible to access the pirvate repo with remotes::install_deps we might export a list of dependencies and cardcode them into the docker.
