Adding more containers #7

Prio

  1. add Fedora
  2. gcc
  3. other r releases (prod & patch)
  4. Mac
  5. Windows (oh boy...)

Update

This issue is further split up, since the containers for Mac and Windows might be added at some later point.

With this issue only the following configurations are implemented:

For R-devel:

OS: fedora, debian Compiler front-end: clang, gcc

For R-release and R-patched:

OS: debian Compiler front-end: gcc
