TPMS PSI #250

Is there a way to change the TPMS receiver to read in PSI instead of kPa? If not, can we have the option to change this?

so I guess it needs to be put on the interface

Just tested it and it works perfectly! Now I'm not sure how to make it selectable, so if somone can do that, then we can create a pull request to add it to master
