Add ERMES pager protocol #91

If possible please add the Ermes prtocol in TX section.

Hi, Flex, Yes and Not For HERMES it's only a 4 FSK modulation and 6250 bits/sec

For FLEX 4 possibilities 1600 bits/sec 2 FSK 3200 bits/sec 2 FSK 3200 bits/sec 4 FSK 6400 bits/sec 4 FSK
