Scale: Width box has a limit of 100 mm #30

Describe the bug The Width Box in the scale command has a Limit of 100 mm. Should be increased to 100m like in the Length box.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Import Lithophane
  2. Select Lithophane and start "Scale" command
  3. Enter something above 100mm in the Width box

Expected behavior Width box should take Values up to 100 m
