途中参加だったので聞き齧った感じですが、 web-gis 　　　　オンライン UNVT portable　オフライン で使い分けるということでしたが、

web-gisの最新の地図情報を日時でcron回してとってきてUNVT portableに広報するような仕組みもありかなとおもいました

発表見直してて思ったのは、 ラズパイ側に195の接続できるIPを提供ということでしたが、ラズパイの性能的に195台のPC同時接続は難しいと思いました。 できて十数台くらいが限界かなと、、
