先程、話題にいたしました、GeoコーディングのURLです。 おそらく個人の方が作成しているようです。

Google とYahoo のGeoコーディングと 逆Geoコーディングが出来ます。 Google でも１日５０箇所以上、変換可能だった気がします。 （ライセンス的には不明ですが）
