The following issues are faced while rendering cylinders using actor.cylinder:

Unable to render a cylinder that is perpendicular to the XY plane.
Issues while rendering wrecking ball simulation at docs/tutorials/05_physics/viz_wrecking_ball.py.

Thank you for reporting. We should create our own primitive and replace this function.
