UI: Adding `TreeUI` #821

The PR #460 needed some rebase and work to get merged, so continuing that PR here as we got no updates from the author.

This PR adds TreeUI component to the UI.

Can you give us an update / News concerning this PR? I believe it will be ready this week to continue to move forward

I have updated the progress on the project view. In brief, I tried working on it but was blocked due to some implementation so for time being as the #803 got merged I am focusing on completing the #499.
