Add close icon to print view #51

Add a close icon to the top right corner of the print view. Clicking on this icon should switch back to the normal view.

The functionality for this is now in place on the master branch, but instead of the current button, I would like a close icon (the one that looks like an "X") in the upper right corner of the print view.
