Regarding this Monday card: https://fuse-org.monday.com/boards/3045481290/views/69653598/pulses/3539973504 we need to point OE quickstart to the new Nethermind bootnodes and delete extra 2 old bootnodes.
Also I updated bootnodes.txt for Spark (just in case, anyway we're using on 100% Nethermind with ready static nodes).
