Tokens sent to new numbers get lost #226

Also when we send token to new phone contact which is not register yet. The token is sent successfuly.

However, after that phone contact number registered. That token is not exist.

The conclusion is, if we send token to phone number not register yet. That token will lose.

Can you provide more information on the problem? Did you send funds to contact and he didn't get an SMS?
