Several fixes to get this up and running immediately.

Added

JSON typedef to compensate for #1
PlugPlug object typedef from types-for-adobe for use with ExternalObject

Changes

types-for-adobe repo belongs to new user
types-for-adobe AE version to new semver formatting, not year

Fixed

PR #11 (removing reference to missing manifest)
Issue #22 (downgrading parcel-bundler version from 1.12.4 to 1.12.3, for Parcel compatibility)
Issue #1 (using Adobe's native objects, instead of TS's)
