As reported in https://github.com/fusepool/fusepool-vocab/issues/3#issuecomment-21248818 and acknowledged at https://github.com/fusepool/fusepool-vocab/issues/3#issuecomment-21250725 , filing offices should be foaf:Agents. Change property range and update filing-office to reflect that.
