Added Why Hack UMass Carousel and images #1

  1. Downloaded the Relevant Images from figma after cleanup
  2. Added the white buttons that follow the carousel images indicating which image the carousel is showing.

there is a 2 second delay between image changes. The buttons when clicked currently DO NOT cause the carousel to go to that image, which will hopefully be fixed in future
