updated to use bounding box package #19

openmc_bounding_box is now used to find the bounding box

ci with install is failing as the docker image does not have dagmc_bounding_box

CI with install / testing is failed because the older version of openmc-dagmc-wrapper is installed on the docker image. Therefore I am looking to pass the CI with docker build tests as that installs the required packages in a fresh docker image.
