work in progress, this PR will update the plotting so that we can use native openmc cross section plotting.
recently I got a PR merged into openmc that makes plotting multiple reactions and isotopes/mateirals/elements possible
so no need to maintain the plotting utility scripts we have in the workshop
I think extra work on the legend is needed and the WMP cross section plotting then this PR is done
