As suggested, I have extended the explanation of DPA calculation. I hope this is useful and clarifying for new users. NRT and arc models for DPA are something the new generation of neutroneers need to learn about :)

Thanks for the PR from a quick skim it looks good.

It is a bit hard to see the changes when the code blcok outputs have also been committed.

The code block outputs swamp the git diff

Please could the outputs be cleared.

Here is the button in vs code and jupyterlab clear_vs clear_jl
