This pull request status is "working in progress" and not ready for use yet

This PR attempts to add an example of shut down dose rate simulation using a DAGMC geometry and an unstructured mesh.

related : I started a shut down dose rate simulations with a regular mesh but the non conformal mesh results in multiple materials in mesh voxels. This could be fixed but the additional code needed would make the example large and difficult to follow, see PR #258 for more details
