General tidy up #112

I am keen to :

[ ] modernize the setup.py
[ ] add a conda install
[ ] merge develop into main
[ ] perhaps rename package fusion-openmc-dagmc-wrapper ?
[ ] make a release

What do you think @RemDelaporteMathurin

I'm happy with all that, except the new name maybe.

I find it a bit long even if I get the idea of having something very specific Other options would be fusion-neutronics or fusion-openmc or fusion-openmc-dagmc

If we want to be super specific we could have openmc-dagmc-wrapper-with-reflective-surfaces 😛
