matplotlib version #30

I'm installing this package with a few others and hitting a requirements conflict.

Could we relax the version of matplotlib required

openmc-plasma-source 0.2.2 requires matplotlib>=3.4.3, but you'll have matplotlib 3.2.2 which is incompatible.
