removed plotting functions #7

Not to be merged in till plotting packages are released and made use of in the examples

This PR removes some plotting functionality that is now located elsewhere https://github.com/fusion-energy/spectrum_plotter https://github.com/fusion-energy/dose_map_plotter

I still have to make the dose map plotting package, which i might rename to regular_mesh_plotter
