Adding cutting wedge to docs

This PR adds CuttingWedge 3d interactive shape to the documentation. This is one of the many PRs that will be needed to close issue https://github.com/fusion-energy/paramak/issues/30 I tried to run the build test and it's working well. However, I can't see the 3d interactive shape rendered on my local and looks like the sphinx template is somehow different from the live website (I use sphinx v7.0.1)
