In XML of switch and printers, have a new field VENDOR

So we have now

MANUFACTURER => it's manufacturer of device VENDOR => it's the vendor of device

This is an example:

MANUFACTURER => 'Lexmark'
VENDOR       => 'Dell'

Lexmark is the manufacturer and Dell package this printer and sells it

David: This applies to just about every device category I can think of, not just printers.

OEM relabelling happens a lot. Sometimes devices have manufacturer and vendor serial numbers, which is even more confusing.
