Optional parameters for deploy task

User should be able to select optional parameters for local inventory tasks from GLPI server:

• scan-homedirs: scan user home directories
• scan-profiles: scan user profiles
• timeout TIME: timeout for inventory modules execution
• additional-content FILE: additional inventory content file
• no-category CATEGORY: do not list given category items

The easiest way currently to transmit those information to the agent is to add an additional block in the prolog answer, as for other tasks.

User should be able to select optional parameters for deploy tasks from GLPI server:

• no-p2p: do not use peer to peer to download files

Support for configuring it on agent side will be marked as deprecated in fusioninventory-agent in 2.4 release.
