[bug] Failure to collect data #2068

Sometimes it is collecting data properly, sometimes not. The problem on some PCs. Why? Every day, the software installs and removes. This big trable. FI agent 2.3.18

Who do help me this problem? I wrote here Agent 232 but refused me. Please, answer me. Let's solve this issue. I think that it an important issue.

Hello, You need information from me for this trouble? Maybe you do not see to this problem. This is big trouble for me. Many workstation have few data as example without name, info about OS, and network interface, and componets and etc.

Which version of the server are you using ? I think this problem was solved in the latest, releasing. Anyway, if it's not solved, could you please provide us for an XML of this agent's inventory ?

Ubuntu server 16.04.1 Do you speak about latest release the FI agent 2.3.19 ? In the fist post the XML file.
