Network is not scannig. Job is not working. I have cron ok.

Why I cannot schedule a new job? It just show me a screen to search for jobs. I cannot create a network IP range. And in page http://teste.glpi.com/plugins/fusioninventory/front/config.form.php It is showing me I'm not in communication ? What is the problem here? Is it supposed to add an IP Range, add a job and connect to agent and wait for it perform a scan on network. I cannot know how to start to solve this issue.

How can I put it to scam my network?
