add specification for sensors #24

I'm not sure about this specs. I checked import_sensors_as_components branch code and I can see NAME & MANUFACTURER are imported but I see TYPE is also imported. But also POWER & VERSION seems not imported.

Also can you explain a little the purpose of SENSORS specs ?

The purpose is to collect sensors from mobile devices, thanks to current work on agent for iOS and android.

If the spec is incomplete due to data specific to some sensors, then let's compelte it. The purpose of ythis PR is to make specs match the current work of Walid.
