+1 to Jason's comments regarding the parameters. Once those are updated I would be happy to test it out.

It appears the persistent volumes are not working as you would expect either. You have a name mismatch on the pvc and the pv for the container itself.

@dymurray, thanks. I'll sort out the PV issue once I'm back from PTO.
