Set ansibleapp location to /usr/local/ansibleapp #8

Wasn't paying attention, why /usr/local/ansibleapp? If this were an rpm, we'd put the stuff in the following:

/etc/ansibleapp # config
/usr/bin/  # executable
/usr/share/ansibleapp # core code
/var/lib/ansibleapp # working files things we create

Not sure if there is a standard or not, but typically that's where things would land.
