Unable to log in via HA #223

Hi!

I have setted up the integration a couple of hours ago, and after some father duty task I went back to set up some automations and stuff.

The integration was not available. Previously, this happened after changing the thermostat set value via an automation and I had resolved it by removing and adding the integration back.

This time I was unable to log in back. I'm sure that I'm using the correct username and password (I'm copypasting it directly from password manager) and I'm able to log in into the ariston app and the website.

The error just says "unexpected error" and there is no info on the HA logs. Here is an screenshot from that error:

Anyway I can provide more info to resolve this error?

Thanks!

Seems that I can log in using the app or the web.

Might be a server side issue Screenshot_2023-10-26-20-53-07-43_40deb401b9ffe8e1df2f1cc5ba480b12

Hi, I have the same problem. This morning I received an email from noreply@remotethermo.com saying: "The new application to manage your water heater is now available! Download it now!" Have a nice day.

fustom commented 1 year ago

Same here. It is a server issue. I can't do anything.

dtalens commented 1 year ago

Same here. The connection has come back a couple of times but it's not working right now.

fustom commented 1 year ago

Works now.

LuisDiazUgena commented 1 year ago

Yeah, it's working. Sorry for opening the issue @fustom

When i opened it, I was able to view the data via the site and the app. Maybe it was cached info, because a few minutes later I wasn't anymore. That is hy I have updated the info.

It didn't work on the application either. There was a server problem on the Ariston side. Now HA and the application are back in order.

The question is why did this problem impact this plugin, which should normally work locally?

It does not work locally. It connects to the cloud and change the values through there:
