Water heater not climate/thermostat entity #257

Hello,

first of all thank you for your work on providing us with this Ariston integration.

I am running into an issue with Lydos Hybrid, where the main entity is "water_heater.water_heater", hence I cannot use the thermostat card.

Am I doing something wrong?

It is a water heater, not a thermostat. You can add to the UI for example as entities card or tile card.
