Project no longer maintained?

As title, this project appears to be no longer maintained. I have several issues using this with Ariston Genus One:

• wrong gas stats and unit (kwh vs smc) https://github.com/fustom/ariston-remotethermo-home-assistant-v3/discussions/87
• error 500 (who fault? component or ariston api?) https://github.com/fustom/ariston-remotethermo-home-assistant-v3/issues/45

Seems like @fustom has vanished since December. I hope he's doing okay and that's it's just a lack of time due to other priorities.
