nginxでプロキシを設定しているからだと思うけど、fastapi側からvoicevoxのコンテナ（50021)を叩けない

VOICEVOXを完全外部API化すると同時に、ローカルでVOICEVOXを稼働させても速度の面で劣るため、必要性がないと判断。クローズ
