Any news?
Are there any other major keyboards that do this? If Unexpected Keyboard is the only one, this would seem like a bit of a niche feature. Also it wouldn't work with swipe typing enabled
This should be an optional feature. Not everyone will want this, but the ones who do would benefit a lot from it. Also a text should say "If this function is enabled, swipe typing will be disabled"(or sth similar)
I would personally like lots of desktop specific keys added in some way like shown in the screenshot. I use KDE connect a lot to control my workstation and when I need desktop specific keys I have to use an OSK for that. It would be amazing if say for example there was a key you can optionally enable which switched the entire keyboard much like the ?123 key to get special characters but instead to show keys like FUNC, CTRL, ALT, ARROW KEYS, META/WINDOWS, etc.
Of course as previously mentioned this is niche, but it would be amazing to have an optional ability to toggle this on for those that would use it.
Great job on the keyboard so far though. I really enjoy it and I look forward to the people who contribute to helping the swhpe get better as this I used to use over manually typing.
I support this feature, I write in latex on my cell phone when I don't have my PC at hand, customizing this optimizes the workflow

Yes, all the coding tasks would be faster with this feature
I'd like you to add directional keys(I think they're called). They're basically multiple characters on the same key and depending on what direction you swipe it uses one or the other. Unexpected keyboard is a good example
