Wrong layout on samsung lockscreen #232

Hello, I primarily use Dvorak as my keyboard layout. Anytime my phone is locked, it defaults to qwerty. I dont even have qwerty as an option. Not sure why this is happening.

Same Problem, also Samsung device.

Same problem (also using dvorak). Additionally when I hold spacebar on lockscreen it shows me all the languages and the only one I have is English - Dvorak, but on the spacebar it still says QWERTY.
