Arabic-based Keyboard's layout should be inverted horizontally and the delete key should delete backwards to the right, not to the left

These are two bugs in one issue request. Arabic-based keyboards UI should go from right to left, not from left to right, like Latin-based keyboards, so the buttons' layout becomes inverted. Moreover, when holding the delete button and deleting backwards, the direction of the deletion should match the language that is chosen. And so it should delete from the end, which is at the left to the beginning, which is at the right. As in, the opposite of Latin-based scripts.

Some arabic keyboard users prefer the layout to be inverted while typing arabic, but many others don't (because they are used to the default layout, or because of other reasons), I suggest this feature becomes a toggle instead of an indefinite change to the whole arabic layout. and also, thank you for the 2nd feature request, we would need that too for the the inverted layout to be fully functional !
