I'm hoping it will be a simple modification. Just take the existing layout and move 2 sets of 2 keys (4 keys moved total)

I'm unsure where the layout files are located though I would be willing to try to build the modification mysel.

Colemak-DH is designed for touch typing on physical keyboards, unless you have a very large mobile device on which you can type with 10 fingers, it will probably hinder you more than it helps. This is because it relies on a finger rolling movement for many common words or n-grams which is probably annoying if you just use your thumbs.

Still, here is a screenshot of FlorisBoard with the Colemak-DH layout.
