Keyboard Fails to Load on Lockscreen After Boot #510

What happened?

When the phone turns on, it will default to another working keyboard instead of the FUTO one. At lockscreen after powering up it seems as if this keyboard isn't present or recognized as viable.

Does it let you select FUTO Keyboard in the picker at the lockscreen or is the option just not there at all? Do you get a warning when enabling the keyboard in settings that says "After a reboot, this app can't start until you unlock your phone"? Direct boot should be supported and it's been tested on a Samsung, so I'm not sure why it wouldn't be working.

GrapheneOS 20241021 on Pixel 8 Pro: FUTO Keyboard 0.1.23.2 comes up at boot as expected.
