Allow Customization of Default Currency Symbol

Use Cases

• The user lives in a country whose national currency isn't $ (e.g. France/€), yet the keyboard always defaults to that one regardless of the locale.
• The user speaks secondary languages while still most often using their country's currency.

Proposal

• Default to the locale's country currency ;
• Allow it to be customized by the user.
