Release on F-Droid #1

I can see F-Droid release APK's right there, in your source code on GitHub and GitLab (I believe they should be posted in "Releases" section, but ok), but the app is not actually on F-Droid. Why don't you submit it, if you already make F-Droid builds?

We are waiting until the apps are a bit more stable before we try to reach more users. For example, some updates to the way we use Matrix secret storage in 1.0.15 could have easily been breaking changes.

On the other hand, we are getting very close! We'll use this issue to track our progress on getting Circles into the main f-droid.org repo when the time comes.
