Force English Emoji Suggestions for Non-English Languages #33

I'm on 0.1.23-play and using Danish as my primary language, but I'd like emoji suggestions anyways. As I'm used to use the English words for most emojies, anyways, it would be awesome to force "English Emoji suggestion on non-english".
