Wouldn't it be better to add all letters instead of hiding them behind long presses? With a layout like this:

č ḍ ɛ ǧ ɣ ḥ ṣ ṭ ẓ
a z e r t y u i o p
q s d f g h j k l m
w x c v b n

This would give easy access to the letters Ẓ, Ṛ, Ṭ, O, Ṣ, Ḍ, Ǧ, Ḥ, Č, P instead of having to hold down keys for them. It also makes typing URLs or any ASCII data easier, without having to switch back to an English layout.
