As for now, I can technically type English words on a Lithuanian layout without switching because both languages use Latin characters. I often end up typing out sentences in English, just to notice after that the autocorrect has messed everything up because it's too aggressive.
Was about to open an issue on this, yes! Swapping languages every time is clunky for bilingual use. As a swe/eng speaker my suggestion is to: 1: allow any language to use any layout 2: draw from both language packs when two languages share a layout. 3: user picks layout that includes all letters (Nordic is english+3 letters)
Worth noting, this solution assumes no similar languages have mutually exclusive lettering. Though english is the most common language to combine with a different "Latin" lettered language id assume,/meaning this might be a non issue.

Description
Hello, I love the keyboard and what it stands for, so far it's been a painless switch from gboard other than one thing. I'm multilingual and switch really often between keyboard layouts. What I liked about gboard is that it allowed me to use an English-Lithuanian layout, but also have autocorrect for both languages at the same time. The autocorrect was not as aggressive as on a separate language-dedicated layout, but it allowed me to type in both languages intermittently without needing to switch layouts. I would like to have this be a possibility on the Futo keyboard too. As in being able to combine two keyboard layouts and dictionaries into a single model.
Complexity
Complexity would perhaps be just the fact that you need to change how aggressive the autocorrect is on a combined layout.
