Register as Android Media Player #1050

I don't know the inner details - but it seems like GrayJay operates "outside" of the "standard" Android media player framework. The problem in particular I have is I use Poweramp Equalizer to improve the audio in all my apps - and GrayJay appears to be not detected and/or bypass the mechanism PE uses.

If there's just a way for GrayJay to have a notification showing it's playing media then I think that's all that's required.

+1 My issue is not the same but I believe it's related. I control media player apps often from Galaxy watch 4 (wearOS) while I have phone in a pocket, and the only app so far that doesn't show as player is GrayJay.
