Add "open.spotify.com" to the list of supported links

Use Cases

When being sent a link to a Spotify song, it usually is on the subdomain "open.spotify.com". However, the list of supported links only has "spotify.com", which makes the link not open in the proper app.

Proposal

Grayjay should add "open.spotify.com" as a supported link, so that shared links to Spotify songs open in the correct app.
