[UI] Move platform filter in video search ON TOP of the results instead of hiding in menu #1223

Use Cases

It would make the plugin selection much easier, since often one needs to only search a single platform. Moreover, you could also put in there a filter for "music" searching for YouTube music videos, Spotify and the like, etc. All always visible on top, under the search bar, as in the attached pic.
