[Feature Request] Themes #159

Just a simple idea for the ability to make themes for the app :) I.e Dracula Cattapuchin(if its spelt correctly) Maybe even trying to implement MaterialYou themes

For accessibility reasons I could really really appreciate a light theme.

As an eInk device user, I really need a high contrast light theme (as in pure black text on pure white background) I rarely watch videos on this device, but I listen to podcasts and livestreams and use comments and chat. If someone could add theming support, I'd make it myself.
