This is just a guess but this may be occurring at least for the livestream since the creator has the same name livestream and it isn't treating as a separate livestream it's treating like the same livestream and not a separate livestream even though a new instance of the livestream has started. I haven't looked into the code to confirm this but it's straight up a guess on what I believe happening here.

Correct. Twitch streams do not actually have any unique identifiers until after they are finished. Ill discuss internally if we can make a solution for this.
