[Youtube] Last x frames not played #709

Currently experiencing an issue where the last few frames of a video are not displayed. This can be a video with or without sponsorblock segments so I doubt its directly related to that.

Going to attempt to collect more info on this later but need to mark it down somewhere for now.

The following video ends on (numbered) frame 7199 but the app regularly ends on 7195.

Sounds like a duplicate of #36 but I can be wrong.
